Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. DIGITALOG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. DIGITALOG is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for defective items only. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
