- The item is unused and returned in original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items

- Used earphones, accessories, or opened packaging.
- Sale items or discounted products unless faulty.
3. Return Process

- Wait for approval before shipping the item back
4. Refund Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
