Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused and returned in original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Used earphones, accessories, or opened packaging.
  • Sale items or discounted products unless faulty.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for approval before shipping the item back

4. Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
